Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) are the rules governing the use of property within the HOA. There have been four amendments throughout the years, and the Restated Declaration is the most recent full edition. It can be found on page 27 of 47. The Restated Declaration supersedes all previous versions.
